Jumpin' the Shark....

It's only 25 minutes into the 5th season premiere of Nip/Tuck and I must say I'm a little worried. So far it's a teensy bit like when the Connor family won the lottery on Roseanne.

I'm just not convinced. Dear jesus prove me wrong because Jennifer Coolidge and Bradely Cooper (two of my faves) are in this season...not to mention model icon, Lauren Hutton.

But I'm kinda thinking Nip/Tuck is dead in the water sadly.

I heard this song on Weeds last week and was scouring the internet to find out who it was and then low and behold a week later it was featured on Perez. It's a GREAT song and video too. It's from Montclair, NJ native, 25 year old Jenny Owen Youngs and it's my new favorite. Take a listen...

They ALL Came Out for Her

So probably the best E-True Hollywood Story since The Golden Girls or Full House...I just watched the ETHS of Kathy Griffin.

The amazing thing about this particular episode was that ALL the stars freaking came out to talk about Kathy. I mean EVERYONE.

Usually, it's just the cousins, friends from high school, perhaps a has-been co-star from some cancelled television show that the star worked with 10 years earlier.

Kathy friggin had Joan Rivers, Lance Bass, Margaret Cho, Janeane Garafalo, Andy Dick...I mean those bitches I'm SURE got like 30k a pop for their 2 minute little blurbs on Kathy.

I love love love that Marc chose the fat guy over the supermodel with the deformed abs (were those plastic fat-freshly-sucked-out-of-them things suppossed to be attractive).

Remake?

Rumor Has It...

So I heard unconfirmed reports that a Saved by the Bell movie is in the works and no...not with the orginal cast doing a "Hawaiian Style" made for NBC reunion movies.

This is actually a remake that could hit theaters!

So far I've heard of the following who are in talks for casting....

Frankie Munoz (Malcolm in the Middle) as Screech
Raven Simone (Cosby Show/That's So Raven) - as Lisa Turtle
Megan Fox (that hooker from Transformers the movie) - as Kelly Kapowsky
Hayley Duff (horseface sister of horseface sister Hilary) - Jessie Spano
Zac Efron (High School Musical and future homo) - Zack Morris



AC Slater wasn't mentioned but it's probably not going to happen anyway. But then again, you never know...they're doing remakes of Child's Play, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, and Adventures in Baby-sitting.

I know - just ruin all of the classics.

Celia Hodes is the new Karen Walker

There's a new drunken acid tongue hot thang in town to fill the loss of Karen Walker and her name is Celia Hodes.

Weeds is one of the funniest shows on cable right now. I've been renting the first three seasons on DVD and have completely fallen in love with all of the characters especially Celia Hodes (played by Elizabeth Perkins) and Uncle Andy (Justin Kirk).

My new favorite song on the Kelly album...you have to listen to this all the way thru until you get to the Celine Dion style ballad...it's AWESOME. LOL.

It's Britney Betch

So you are at the top of your game in 2003 co-working with Madonna, hooking up with Collin Farrell (okay so even he is kinda 2002)but what I'm saying it you are a shining star just breaking out into the world. Everything seems like it's going well....Fast forward to 5 years later...2007 and you have two kids, a divorce, a shaved head and Taco Bell dripping off your mouth cause of your meth addiction.

Natural next steps...make an album called "Blackout" and get someone to design it using Powerpoint.

Big Weekend

Ok - so our big event this weekend is the Dinner. I'm sitting at a pretty A-list table if I do say so myself... Out NBA players, Sheryl Swoopes and John Amaechi. Some of you may remember the fiasco last year when John Amaechi came out and the other homophobic bitches started bitching about having 'homosexuals' in the locker room.



Anyway, I'm really only going to be able to sit for a minute cuz I'll be working like a bitch, but it's a pretty big thing. Tim Gunn (Project Runway), Michael Urie, Rebecca Romijin (Ugly Betty) and her hubby - Jerry O'Connell, Matthew Broderick and hopefully some 'Sex' alumni - if you know what I mean - will be in attendance.

And of course....the DC crowd is all about this...Nancy Pelosi, the lovely lady Speaker of the House will be there...but we all know I'm all about the entertainment peops.

I'm Completely Clueless

So, as you may or may not know ... my computer was mysteriously vandalized and I had to buy a new one a mere 2 small payments of paying that filthy bitch off. I got one of those colored Dell's. Green, to be exact.



The bitch came with Windows Vista and I feel like a 90 year old grandmother discovering computers and the internet for the first time. I have NO idea how to navigate it. It's the strangest thing ever and I hate it. I'm one bottle of Yellowtail away from smashing my new computer on the ground. I just don't get it. Why can't I just drop down like normal or upclick on my little arrow to get to the previous window. What in the name of jesus up in heaven.
